Born in Toledo, Ohio and raised in Cincinnati, Jeremy graduated from Miami University in 2001. While he studied finance and business law in college, he also started his first business, Oxford Spring Water. In 2002, he was named Entrepreneur of the Year by the Thomas C. Page Center of Entrepreneurship. After graduating from Miami with a degree in Finance and Entrepreneurship, he moved back to Toledo for law school where he graduated from UT Law in 2005.

While in law school, he acquired vast experience working in four different law firms practicing personal injury, collections, white collar criminal, and civil litigation. During law school his employment was focused on criminal law working three years with the Toledo Public Defender's Office and one year with the Lucas County Juvenile Prosecutor's Office.

After graduating from UT Law cum laude, he began his own law practice in the Law Offices of Levy & Clarke. Today, his practice is made up of criminal defense and civil litigation. He prides himself in representing his clients zealously. He is experienced and aggressive and he makes himself available to his clients seven days a week.
